My jewelry is guaranteed for life! All jewelry is guaranteed to be
free from defects in craftsmanship and materials. Should the jewelry
fail and examination reveals it was due to defects in craftsmanship
or materials I will repair or replace the item at no charge or if
preferred, give a full refund.
- Also, I will replace any lost 1/2 pair of earrings at 1/2
the price of a full pair. ( unless the earring
has a stone that I can no longer match.)

I will be glad to accept returns
or exchanges for any item. However the following conditions must be met
in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
- Jewelry returns meeting the following conditions
will be given a full refund less the original shipping, handling and
insurance costs.
- All jewelry must be in good condition, and not
damaged or worn.
- Jewelry must be returned within 10 days after you
receive it.
- Jewelry returned to Frappier Jewelry must be
insured through either U.S. Postal Service or UPS. For your
protection and mine; I cannot be responsible for uninsured items
that are lost during shipping. Please notify the carrier immediately if the item is
damaged during shipping. Then notify me.

All packages will
be sent via the United States Postal Service by standard mail. This
means that your package should arrive in 2-3 days from the time that it
has been sent.
Shipping is free on orders over $50.00
Requests for
special shipping through Fedex or UPS will be considered, but charges
will be passed on to each customer determined by the carrier. Charges
are determined based on requested carrier, delivery speed, weight of
package and delivery zone. In addition to a nominal handling fee.
